These Indian travellers can get visas on arrival in the UAE

Dubai's Emirates Airline has joined hands with VFS Global to roll out a pre-approved visa-on-arrival service for select Indian passport holders who fly with the airline.

This exclusive service caters specifically to Indian passport holders who possess a valid six-month visa for the US, a US Green Card, EU Residency, or UK Residency. Administered by the Dubai Visa Processing Centre (DVPC) and issued as a 14-day single entry visa, this initiative offers Emirates customers a hassle-free arrival experience.

The visa-on-arrival system will help travelers bypass queues upon landing in Dubai, simplifying arrival formalities.

Approval of visas is entirely at the discretion of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs, the airline clarified.

Emirates Airline currently operates an extensive network in India, with a notable presence in nine key destinations. With 167 weekly flights, the airline connects travelers from India to Dubai and onwards to a global network spanning over 140 destinations.

The airline's network in India encompasses Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Thiruvananthapuram.
