By accessing or using the immiNex mobile application or website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
2. User Obligations
2.1 General Users
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
- You agree not to misuse the Services or engage in fraudulent activities.
- You understand that immiNex executives are not legal consultants, and their assistance should not be considered legal consultation.
2.2 Consultants
- You must provide accurate and complete information, including professional credentials.
- You must maintain a valid subscription plan (Gold, Silver, or Bronze) to engage with consultation requests.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
3. imminex Executives
immiNex executives are available for general queries and support but are not legal consultants. Any information provided by imminex executives should not be relied upon as legal advice or consultation. Consult with an authorized consultant for professional guidance.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
- Consultants must choose a subscription plan and pay the associated fees.
- Users may need to pay for certain services as described in the application.
- All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
The content, features, and functionality of the Services are the exclusive property of immiNex and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
immiNex shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Services.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://imminex.in/privacy-policy/.
8. Termination
immiNex reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Services without prior notice for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to immiNex, other users, or third parties, or for any other reason at the sole discretion of immiNex.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of SAS Nagar, Punjab, India.
10. Consultant Compliance
Consultants are required to have valid business documents, such as a License for operating in Punjab, India. Failure to provide valid documentation within 30 days of registration will result in the suspension of the account.
11. Prohibited Activities
Any illegal activities performed by users or consultants are strictly prohibited. Legal actions may be taken against those involved in such activities. Neither immiNex nor Nexever Private Limited will be held responsible for the actions of its users or consultants.
12. Use of Marketplace or Classified Section
By accessing and using the Marketplace or Classified section of the ImmiNex platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. User Responsibility: The use of the Marketplace or Classified section is at your own risk. ImmiNex does not conduct background checks on users who post advertisements or respond to listings. It is your responsibility to verify the legitimacy of any transaction or interaction.
2. Potential Risks: While ImmiNex strives to maintain a safe and secure platform, there may be individuals who engage in fraudulent activities. Be aware of potential scams and exercise caution when interacting with other users.
3. No Liability: ImmiNex is not liable for any losses, damages, or harm resulting from transactions or interactions conducted through the Marketplace or Classified section. This includes, but is not limited to, financial loss, personal injury, or damage to property.
4. Safety Measures: We recommend taking the following safety measures:
• Verify the identity and credentials of the other party.
• Avoid sharing sensitive personal information.
• Prefer meeting in public places if face-to-face interaction is necessary.
• Report any suspicious activity or user to ImmiNex immediately.
5. Dispute Resolution: ImmiNex is not responsible for mediating or resolving disputes between users. Any disputes arising from transactions or interactions on the Marketplace or Classified section must be resolved independently between the parties involved.
By using the Marketplace or Classified section, you accept and agree to these terms. Please proceed with caution and take necessary steps to protect yourself.
13. Liability for Visa Decisions and Disputes
immiNex is not responsible for the outcomes of visa applications or decisions made by immigration authorities. While immiNex facilitates connections between users and consultants, it does not bear liability for disputes that may arise between them. However, immiNex will endeavor to assist in resolving issues through mediation and discussion.
14. Rating System
A rating system is in place to evaluate the performance and reliability of consultants. This system is monitored and may be verified by immiNex to ensure accuracy and fairness.
15. Data Review and Privacy
immiNex reserves the right to review any data uploaded by consultants and users to the platform if necessary to ensure compliance with our policies and the law. This review will be conducted with respect for privacy as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
16. Account Cancellation
Users and consultants have the right to delete their accounts at any time. Instructions for account deletion are available within the immiNex platform or can be obtained by contacting our support team.
17. Modification of Terms
immiNex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Such modifications become effective immediately upon posting to the immiNex platform. Continued use of the Services following any such changes will indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.

Cancellation and Refund:
1. Introduction
This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the cancellation of subscription plans and the handling of refunds within the immiNex mobile application and website. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
2. Cancellation of Subscription Plans
2.1 General Terms
- Subscribers (Consultants) may cancel their subscription plans at any time.
- Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active and usable until the end of the current billing cycle or the expiry date.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
- Subscriptions can be upgraded or downgraded at any time, with the changes taking effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
2.2 How to Cancel
To cancel a subscription plan, please follow the instructions provided within the immiNex application or contact our support team at contact@imminex.in.
3. Refunds
3.1 No Refunds
- All purchases of subscription plans are final and non-refundable.
- If a subscription is cancelled before the expiry date, no refund will be issued, but the services may continue to be used until the end of the current billing cycle or the expiry date.
3.2 Exceptions
immiNex reserves the right to consider refunds in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion. Any such requests must be made in writing to contact@imminex.in.
4. Changes to this Policy
immiNex reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
