The Korean Cultural Centre India (KCCI), the official body responsible for organizing the Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) in India, has formally announced the exam date for the upcoming July 2025 TOPIK session. This announcement is crucial for Korean language learners and enthusiasts across the country who are preparing to assess and certify their Korean language skills.
The TOPIK exam, conducted by the National Institute for International Education (NIIED), South Korea, is held multiple times a year and is recognized globally. It is particularly significant for those aspiring to pursue higher education, work, or immigration opportunities in South Korea, where Korean language proficiency is often a key requirement.
According to KCCI's official statement, the July 2025 TOPIK exam will be conducted in India as per the standardized schedule set by NIIED. TOPIK is divided into two levels:
Candidates are tested in listening, reading, and writing (only in TOPIK II), and the certificate is valid for 2 years from the date of result announcement.
