End User License Agreement (EULA) for immiNex
PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE IMMINEX APP. BY USING THE IMMINEX APP, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
1. License Grant
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the immiNex app in accordance with this Agreement.
2. User & Consultant Obligations
Users and consultants are responsible for providing accurate information during the signup process and maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
3. Location Data
The app uses location data to determine the user's country for region-specific content. The app does not store or share this data for any other purposes.
4. Communication
By using the app, you agree to receive communication from us and our consultants in various forms, including but not limited to, push notifications, emails, and in-app messages.
5. Subscription & Payments
All payments and subscriptions are managed through our chosen payment providers. Any disputes or queries related to payments should be addressed directly with the respective payment provider.
6. Proposals & Packages
Consultants can introduce visa or tour packages. We do not guarantee the authenticity or validity of the proposals or packages offered by consultants.
7. ImmiNex Executives
Communications with immiNex internal representatives or executives are for general informational purposes and should not be considered as formal consultancy.
8. Restrictions & Conduct
You agree not to misuse the app or help anyone else to do so. Misuse includes abusive behavior, submitting false information, or any illegal activities.
9. Updates & Changes
We may release updates to the app, and it's your responsibility to ensure you're using the latest version. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app if you breach any terms of this Agreement.
11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
13. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept any new terms.
